For almost a decade, Henry was the head of DLA Piper’s Middle East-wide litigation, arbitration and investigations practice, during which time the team rose to become one of the largest dispute teams in the Middle East, and top rated in many categories, including arbitration.

Henry has wide experience of arbitration under the rules of all of the leading global and regional arbitral institutions and has worked on or determined high value, complex, multi-jurisdictional cases across many sectors, including: banking/finance; real estate; technology; industrials; private equity; energy; logistics; construction; telecoms; media.
